The National Center for Pediatric Palliative Care Homes is excited to announce our 2024 Lunch N’ Learn series, designed to provide valuable insights and expertise on essential topics in a collaborative forum for current staff and volunteers at our participating CRHA community home programs. Each session has a mix of “power” experts and those just beginning, which keeps the questions and ideas flowing.

The first Lunch n’ Learn in February focused on Donor Databases, next was General Fundraising in March. Great attendance and feedback from both encouraged us to continue these as monthly opportunities for collective sharing.

**April Topic: Hiring Staff**

Discussion will center around best practices for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding employees, particularly first hires to your organization. Discover how other communities have strategized to attract top talent and build a strong team that aligns with their mission and values.

**May topic: Fundraising – Major Donors**

This will be an insightful session on approaches to major donor giving. Sharing tips and methods for effectively approaching and cultivating these important relationships, making compelling asks, and stewarding donor relationships for long-term sustainability and impact.

**June: Social Media and Fundraising at Events**

Dive into the world of social media and fundraising at events. This will be a packed session with loads of ideas. Learn how to leverage social media platforms to enhance your fundraising efforts and engage supporters effectively. Gain valuable tips on incorporating fundraising strategies into your events to maximize donor participation and contributions.
